Welcome to the Titumir College IT Society (“we,” “our,” “us”). By becoming a member or participating in our activities, events, or using any of our resources (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to students, faculty, and alumni of Titumir College.

Members must adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies set by the IT Society.

2. Use of Services

The resources, events, and services provided by the IT Society are for educational and non-commercial purposes.

Members must not misuse any materials, tools, or information shared during workshops, seminars, or other events.

3. Code of Conduct

Members must maintain a respectful and professional attitude in all interactions with other members, organizers, and participants.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

4. Event Participation

Event registrations may be required for specific activities. Participants agree to follow any rules or instructions given by event organizers.

The Society reserves the right to refuse participation or evict individuals who violate terms or create disturbances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, or tools provided by the Society during events or workshops are protected by copyright and are owned by the Society or its contributors.

Members may not reproduce, share, or sell materials without prior written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Society is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during participation in activities or use of resources.

Members participate in events or use services at their own risk.

7. Termination of Membership

The Society reserves the right to terminate memberships for breaches of these terms or conduct that negatively impacts the community.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes.
